Tent setup is on grass, concrete, or asphalt, please let us know. We drop-off and pick-up chairs and tables. There is an extra fee for set-up and take down of chairs and tables. If same day drop-off and pick-up, there is an extra charge All rentals are drop-off /pick-up on the day of and after the event, if needed for extra days, there is an additional fee. The customer is responsible for choosing the location of the tent and calling 811 to assure no utilities lines are in the way
